VENUE

V Spa Hotel and Conference Centre is located in the very heart of Tartu, attached to the Kvartal Shopping Centre. V stands for water (“vesi” in Estonian) pleasures and leisure time activities, and indicates everything magnificent and necessary. As you have already guessed, there is also a spa center attached to the hotel, in fact it is the largest and most modern one in Southern Estonia.

The Conference Centre is located on the second floor, the Hotel and Conference Centre share an entrance. The Tartu Bus Station is situated across the street from the Kvartal Shopping Centre.

WELCOME RECEPTION

The Welcome Reception will be held at Delta Café, a modern and inviting venue situated on the scenic banks of the iconic Emajõgi River, right in the heart of Tartu. This informal gathering marks the beginning of the conference and offers participants a chance to meet, reconnect, and enjoy light refreshments in a relaxed atmosphere. The café’s riverside setting provides a unique backdrop for casual conversations and a warm start to the days ahead.

CONFERENCE DINNER

The Conference Dinner will take place at Vilde ja Vine, a charming wine restaurant housed in a historic brick printing house. Known for its unique atmosphere, the venue brings together the finer things in life – art, wine, exquisite food, and warm company. Guests will enjoy a memorable evening of culinary delights and conversation in one of Tartu’s most characterful settings.
