The owner of the registration form on sts2026.publicon.ee (hereinafter: registration form) is Publicon OÜ (business registry no. 11077247), Vaksali tn 6, 50409 Tartu.

Information about sales, items, and prices

These Terms & Conditions apply to registrations submitted via the registration form on this website. All participation options are listed together with prices. Information about items is presented in the registration form and on other pages of the website.

Registration window: the online registration form is open from September 15, 2025 until May 1, 2026.

Payments

Payments can be made:

  • via bank transfer after receiving the invoice — any resulting bank charges are to be paid by the participant.

The payment deadline is 14 days from submitting the registration form; the due date is also stated on the invoice. We can accept EUR payments only.

Registration process

Participation in the 32nd Congress of the Scandinavian Transplantation Society (STS 2026), May 20–22, 2026, V Spa Hotel & Conference Centre, Tartu, Estonia, is subject to a fee. Please complete all required fields and choose your participation options. At the end of the form you will see the total amount. After submitting the registration, an invoice will be issued automatically (typically within one hour).

Data processor: Publicon OÜ is the processor of personal data.

Registration for conference items and social events is binding. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Some items may have capacity limits; if an item is full, the option will be disabled. In case of a system error, we will notify affected registrants as soon as possible and refund fees for unavailable items within 14 days.

Delivery (confirmations & deadlines)

After submitting the registration form, an automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address you provided. The e-mail includes a PDF link with your registration data; this serves as written confirmation.

Early bird condition: when registering at the Early Bird fee, payment must reach us by April 1, 2026 (the Early Bird deadline). Otherwise, the regular fee applies automatically and a new invoice will be issued.

  • Abstract submission deadline: March 1, 2026

  • Feedback to abstract authors: April 1, 2026

  • Early Bird registration deadline: April 15, 2026

  • Registration deadline: May 1, 2026

  • Congress dates: May 20–22, 2026

If you notice a mistake in your registration data or need edits to your invoice (e.g., add items, add VAT no., extend due date), please contact Delegate Services promptly.

Cancellation policy

  • Full refund (minus a €50 administration fee) for cancellations received by February 1, 2026.

  • After February 1, 2026, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

All changes and cancellations must be sent by e-mail to sts2026@publicon.ee and must include the registrant’s name, e-mail, amount paid, and bank details. Name changes are free of charge. Refunds (where applicable) are processed within two weeks after the event.

We strongly recommend appropriate travel and cancellation insurance (registration fee, hotel, flights) and adequate health insurance. Please check visa requirements and processing times well in advance, if applicable.

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions, strikes, epidemics) or other major events beyond the parties’ control (including governmental restrictions), Publicon PCO and the Organising Committee reserve the right to cancel or postpone the congress. This may require revising these Terms & Conditions and cancellation terms. The organisers reserve the right not to refund participation fees in full in order to cover incurred organising costs; any partial refund (if any) will be determined in light of the situation. All registrants will be notified by e-mail after a decision is made. The organisers are not liable for any costs or damages incurred by participants due to cancellation, postponement, or reduced capacity.

Processing personal data

Delegate Services will process personal data (e.g., name, phone number, address, e-mail address) submitted in the registration form solely for purposes related to registration for this event. Please read our Privacy Policy
